What weight loss supplements would you suggest?
I’ve decided to lose about 50 lbs by the time the summer is over and so far I’m making great progress. I started my diet a little over a month ago and have already lost 14 lbs. I joined the gym. I go at least 4 times a week. Usually every day though unless another plan interrupts my schedule. I am watching what I eat. I have cut my calories significantly and even started keeping a food diary, in which i also keep track of my exercise. I bought a pedometer and count me steps, basically I’ve improved my way tremendously since the year started. My question now is in regards to those infamous “weight loss pills”. I would like to add something to increase my energy, boost my metabolism, and just speed up the process. I am kind of in a hurry because I am planning a vacation and would like to possibly complete this before my initial plan. But how can you trust anything out there, really? Has anyone taken anything that they were satisfied with? Or does anybody have any tips in general?
I tried the Slimquick, I even tried TrimSpa, but stopped taking them soon after. Trimspa still sits in my closet i took like 4 of them. Slimquick i used a whole bottle of, Bank Routing Number East West Bank bought another one, went through half and then stopped because i wasn’t sure if they would interact with medications that i started taking at the time. I can say i was pretty satisfied with the results slimquick gave me. Still I would like to see what other options I have. The cost is also a concern, simply because I’m not rich and can’t afford to spend $100/month on weight loss pills. A friend of mine [body builder] swears by Hydroxycut. But not many other people I talked to recommended it, so any suggestions?

stats: 14, 5’9, 143lbs. wanting to weigh 120 by end of september. i eat healthy, barely any junk at all now, i usually eat 1600calories max per day, i exercies at least 30min a day.
so i have been on extreme diets, and have binged and purged and all that crap. but i have the hardest time losing weight!!!! i have muscle all over, my legs, arms, stomach, and what not but tere is still a little meat that it gross and i hate!!!! i dont like being fat!!!!! at all. and i really want to look gorgeous for my sophomore homecoming, this october, and to be thin for the new school year, i am looking to get rid of ALL fat, and nearly all muscle so i can stick skinny. i was wondering if this diet plan would work? and any reccomendations on diet pills i can buy from wal mart or something, i cant order online. please help me, i need it.
