Can anyone give me fat loss tips?
I used to be extremely skinny, but I put on a bit of weight and can’t seem to get it off. (Especially in the upper leg area). I eat foods that are quite healthy and I don’t over eat, so I’m guessing that the fat will come off with good exercise.
