Weight loss diet during pregnancy – please read details?

Though it is not conventional, my obstetrician put me on diabetic diet for this pregnancy. I am insulin resistent and overweight, and my doctor wants to prevent gestational diabetes. She said it is safe for me to lose weight for the entire pregnancy.

HELP!! Please help with my diet.. trying to keep it under 1100 calories?

According to a calorie intake calculator I need to not take in more than about 1100 calories for Extreme fat loss…
At work with me I have these things to eat…

Oatmeal 130 cal.
Yogart 160 cal.
29 Almonds 160 cal.
1/2 c. cottage cheese 90 cal.
Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries ?? cal.
100 cal. pack Fudge Stripe cookies 100 cal.

They catered BBQ at work… should I eat a lil turkey (no sauce) and green beans???

Tonight I would have:
Egg Beater 60 cal.
Low cal whole grain toast 90 cal.
Cereal and 1% milk (if I have any calories left)

Advice?? I dunno if its ok to eat a lil BBQ Bank Routing Number Bank Of Las Vegas meat
I am almost 5’6 and 140 lbs…. I want to get down to at least 120 lbs.

Need some healthy meal ideas, other stuff too! (please help!)?

How many calories should I burn if i’m eating 1480 calories a day? thats the calorie intake for my height and weight for “extreme fat loss”…i’m not sure what they mean by extreme…i’m thinking Bank Routing Number Nextier Bank I want to lose at a rate of 1-3lbs per week. I’m 17, and walk every single day for at least 30 minutes. I’m going to start running though. I’m going to break these calories up into 4 small meals, can anyone give me some ideas that will get me to that number of calories and are also healthy? Thank you so much!

Please help question about fat loss?

1 scoop of protein with 1 cup of 2% milk and a banana blended. This would replace my breakfast meal. I’m looking for FAT loss so any other tips and suggestions are good too.

I AM FAT!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!! WEIGHT LOSS TIPS!!!?

i am 14 years old, approx. 5’4 and 128 pounds
i am so fat so i don’t need you to tell me i need to lose weight, because i already know that.
What are some quick weight loss tricks.

By the way i play twice a week until like Bank Routing Number Eagle Bank And Trust Company mid-march, then i will be playing 3 times a week for approx. 4 hours a week ( two 90 minute practices, plus a 1 hour game) i am also trying out for softball which, with God on my side, if make the team i will practice 5 days a week for about 2 hours Mon-Fri.
I want to do it in the healthiest way possible, so if you say “Don’t Eat” i will be really mad and you will CERTAINLY not get best answer.

i thought it might help of i add my typical meals for the day:
Breakfast: Usually Yoplait Light Yogurt or some sort of fruit
Lunch: sandwhich, one slice of pizza, or a piece of breaded chicken (take notice: these are meals served @ my school daily, the other lunch option varies)
Dinner: Usually Chicken, Rice or Mashed Potatoes, with some sort of a veggie. And occasionally some sort of fish

usually little or no snacks other than an apple @ luch and occasionally a snack size bag of Sunchips.

body fat loss through exercise and diet. tips please?

i am going through a stage of bulking up and putting on muscle, and as Bank Routing Number Southpoint Bank a result my usual cardio regime is limited. i am happy with this, since i am using my energy to build muscle.

in a few months i want to lose fat again for the summer, but wonder what is the best way – hopefully avoiding losing my muscle gains completely. i’m thinking high intensity sprint training (i used to train 100m). are there any other tips anyone could give?

i do occasionally like a takeaway so nothing too extreme, but any diet tips would be taken on board and self-motivation is never a problem for me.

Weight loss tips needed please!!!! What are some good workouts to help burn fat at the gym?!!?

Extreme fat, and weight loss. please help me?

Im 15 almost 16 I have gained so much fat from last year and about 9lbs. I don’t eat bad at all. Im on Birth control, I have been on anti depressants and I know that those made me gain weight, and the start of high school with all the food didn’t really help at all either, but I just need to become skinner because I feel so worthless and nasty, all the time. I cry about it a lot, so please just help me out please. I don’t care about being healthy I don’t freaking care what I have to do, Its not about a healthy diet or exercise I have done all that, im at the end of my rope I just need people to answer me on what im asking NOTHING ELSE!!

I need to lose weight, and fat. I want a diet that im going to lose weight on, I don’t care if I have to use supplements, or pills.
