Dear Men Athletes/PowerLifters/Fighters. Need Help With Diet/Workout/Whey Protein?
I used to be a competitive athlete. But I never lifted much or worked out much. The exercise I got was from practise Bank Routing Number Welcome To Business Banking and games. I played so much that I was in great shape. I didn’t have abs, but I was pretty sculpted and muscular. My athletic size was 6’2, 194lbs. Now I am 6’2 240lbs. I don’t play any sports or exercise. I haven’t in the last 2 years. I am not on a specific diet. I haven’t gained much muscle, that is all fat. I probably gained maybe 5 pounds muscle off the 194 at best.
How do I increase rapid fat loss? I don’t really want to get puffed up and big like a body builder. I wouldn’t mind building up my bicept size, but other than that, I want to lose the fat I got stored in my spare tire, arse and hips. I hear that Whey Protein Isolates help speed up the process. Is this true? Anyways.. Should I jog alot? Should I eat a can of tuna before or after a workout? Should I buy Whey Isolates? I rly want to get moving here and get into shape.

I researched Hydroxycut and there is no way it will work with me because I have a cr@p heart rate. It says it is the equivalent of 3 cups of coffee as far as caffeine goes. Once I had 2 cups of coffee in a row, and my heart was going insanely fast and I felt like I was going to keel over at any moment. I don’t think it is a safe choice although it seems very efficient.

Help! Extreme Weight Loss Problem?
Alright so at the beginning of the semester for school, I signed up for this class called Advanced Sports Conditioning, because I played football. You just lift weights all class period. I also have Intermediate P.E. right before that. Our class is on a block schedule, so I’d only have those two classes on “A” days and no P.E. or weight classes on “B” days. Prior to this class, I have not been able to gain a pound less or a pound more than 145 lbs. That’s how much I’ve weighed since I was about 15. (I was 16 at start of class, 17 now.) My body fat percentage was 5.3%, about average.
I didn’t do anything special, I didn’t do any extra activities (except heavy lifting at work, at my grandmother’s farm), I didn’t go on any diets, nothing. Well, recently I decided I wanted a six pack and started doing 50 crunches on my Ab Rocket a night. Here is my diet:
Normally, I’m running late, so I skip breakfast. Once every couple days, I will either stop at McDonalds or Carl’s Jr. on the way to school, or just have some cereal.
I can’t afford lunch at school, so I just wait until after school (Get home by 2:30-ish), then have a big plate of popcorn chicken, bananas, mozzarella sticks, corn dogs, Bagel Bites, cereal, whatever I feel like.
Sometimes I’ll scrape up enough money to go to McDonalds and get a few things off the dollar menu, but not enough to fork over $5.00 at school everyday for lunch.
Then I’ll eat dinner (either my stepdad cooks or we go into town to eat something). Then I eat dessert, and right before bed I go downstairs for a bowl of cereal or something.
Yeah.
So anyway, it’s coming up on semester finals, and we’re measuring body weight and statistics…. I only lost a half pound, but my fat percentage Bank Routing Number Citizens State Bank Nya went down from 5.3 to 3.5. The following class, I tried again, and this time I lost 5 pounds and now my body fat pecentage went down to 3.2. I then weighed myself again on my scale at home today, and I lost another five pounds. Now, even after school between “lunch” and dinner, I’m always feeling hungry, and I’ll eat, but I keep losing weight. What should I do?
Seriously. If I don’t do something soon, poles are gonna become a really good hiding place in Hide n Go Seek.
I don’t know if the class is over I think it’s a year long class, I’ll have to check and see.
