Extreme Weight Loss?
I am not someone with any eating disorders or anything, just a regular dude trying to get my body back to what it used to be …fast. I used to play football. I was a running back and weighed in a Bank Routing Number Central State Bank 175. That was high school. Now I am in college and I have introduced to liquor and beer pong and it has destroyed my body. I am not fat, I just look real stocky. I weigh 205 right now. How can I lose 30 lbs in a month?

stats: 14, 5’9, 143lbs. wanting to weigh 120 by end of september. i eat healthy, barely any junk at all now, i usually eat 1600calories max per day, i exercies at least 30min a day.
so i have been on extreme diets, and have binged and purged and all that crap. but i have the hardest time losing weight!!!! i have muscle all over, my legs, arms, stomach, and what not but tere is still a little meat that it gross and i hate!!!! i dont like being fat!!!!! at all. and i really want to look gorgeous for my sophomore homecoming, this october, and to be thin for the new school year, i am looking to get rid of ALL fat, and nearly all muscle so i can stick skinny. i was wondering if this diet plan would work? and any reccomendations on diet pills i can buy from wal mart or something, i cant order online. please help me, i need it.
breakfast-oatmeal, soymilk, apple or banana-460calories
lunch-south beach diet bar-210calories
snack-carrots or green beans or light yogurt-100calories
dinner-englishmuffin, with cheese and a vegie-300calories
total=1060calories
no eating after 630pm
i dont drink any calorie beverages, and minimul on the diet soda.
i drink coffee and greentea and 10-12cups of water
exercise-20min of cardio mon-fri
20min Bank Routing Number The Bank Of Southern Connecticut of strength mon-fri
10-20min o yoga sat-sun, and sometimes on week days
will this work? i really have a hard time losing weight, though i dont eat crap and most my food is diet or natural. please, pleas help!!! super important, i hate being so obese and just want to be thin. am willing to do anyting.
Help considering weight loss extreme?

How to get Rid of Saggy Tummy from Extreme Weight Loss?
I lost 70 lbs in the last year through illness. I was morbidly obese. I am still overweight, but not nearly so.
My problem is that I had some surgery, lost all that weight without excercise and now I have a saggy pouch like a kangaroo. My tummy is the only part of me that still looks fat. I can not afford cosmetic surgery as I am on medical pension, so I need alternative advice.

Im 15 almost 16 I have gained so much fat from last year and about 9lbs. I don’t eat bad at all.
