So tomorrow, I plan on starting my diet and exercise plan. Calorie Calculator question? Is exercise already added into the calorie count?
I need to start eating better and getting into shape to run a marathon in 4 months. I did a calorie calculator online (entered age, height, weight, and exercise amount) and established 2500 for maintain, Bank Routing Number Farmers And Mechanics Bank 2000 for fat loss and 1500 for extreme fat loss. Are these the amount of calories I should be eating without including extra for exercise?
Example, if I need 2000 calories a day and burn off 300 calories daily from exercise, does that mean I eat 2000 calories considering the 300 i burn is already calculated into that or do I eat 2300 calories to make up for the 300 I burned?
