Experiencing rapid weight loss?
Okay, so I’m a 15 year old girl, and i weigh…a lot. lol. But i mean, i’m considerably tall, and i’m really strong. (i do have a lot of fat though too!) Anyways, school occupies all of my time so really i get like no REGULAR exercise. I dance here and there, but not regularly. Anyways, within the past two and a half weeks, of doing nothing and NOT Wire Transfer International Bank-trinidad monitoring what i eat, you’d think i’d gain a lot of weight. instead, i’ve lost TWENTY pounds! Its not really noticeable, but its freaking me out! This past summer, i did wii fit a lot, and i’d notice that some days i would lose like 6 pounds, but it would come back. I don’t know what’s wrong with me! Help!
Rapid weight loss ideas 10kg in 1-1 1/2 months?
Ok so am a 16 year old male 6foot tall and i currently weight 93KG. In February i got on the scales and was shocked to weigh 103 KG, so i went on a diet and by April i had lost 13KG i went of the diet and put on 3Kg eating what i wanted in 2 months. i now want to reach 80KG by mid July, when i go on holiday. My original diet was calorie counter, between 500 – 1200 calories a day. Please don’t say ‘your fat ‘ or that diet isn’tt healthy’ Wire Transfer Primesouth Bank or ‘it cant be done, because it can be done, and other comments will be ignored, i will have time soon for around 30m – 1hour exercise a day. Rapid weight loss but no visual indications?
Basically I usually weigh myself every two weeks at the gym, maybe three weeks.
I’ve been working out steady now since christmas, losing fat and building muscle. Keeping at 96kg solid without fluctuation…..
Well i go and weigh myself yesterday and the scale says i’ve gone down to 93kg!
Can this be right? It can be nomore than 3 weeks since i last checked…….
I tested it on another weighing scale too, and it seems that is showing just over 90kg too.(its less accurate)
Its very strange as I haven’t done anything crazy…..maybe Wire Transfer High Desert Bank my diet has improved a bit, but it was good to start with!
Can this be healthy/normal? As I dont notice any physical difference! I hope its not muscle I’ve lost!

Why the Rapid weight loss?
Ive always been a healthy weight with muscle and had a balanced Wire Transfer The Coastal Bank diet. I’m 5″ 8′ (a girl) and 18 and I was 130 and now I’m 115 and idk why I keep losing weight. Dear Men Athletes/PowerLifters/Fighters. Need Help With Diet/Workout/Whey Protein?
I used to be a competitive athlete. But I never lifted much or worked out much. The exercise I got was from practise Bank Routing Number Welcome To Business Banking and games. I played so much that I was in great shape. I didn’t have abs, but I was pretty sculpted and muscular. My athletic size was 6’2, 194lbs. Now I am 6’2 240lbs. I don’t play any sports or exercise. I haven’t in the last 2 years. I am not on a specific diet. I haven’t gained much muscle, that is all fat. I probably gained maybe 5 pounds muscle off the 194 at best.
How do I increase rapid fat loss? I don’t really want to get puffed up and big like a body builder. I wouldn’t mind building up my bicept size, but other than that, I want to lose the fat I got stored in my spare tire, arse and hips. I hear that Whey Protein Isolates help speed up the process. Is this true? Anyways.. Should I jog alot? Should I eat a can of tuna before or after a workout? Should I buy Whey Isolates? I rly want to get moving here and get into shape.

I researched Hydroxycut and there is no way it will work with me because I have a cr@p heart rate. It says it is the equivalent of 3 cups of coffee as far as caffeine goes. Once I had 2 cups of coffee in a row, and my heart was going insanely fast and I felt like I was going to keel over at any moment. I don’t think it is a safe choice although it seems very efficient.

how come when ever I read about some one asking about weight loss and that they are consuming under 500 calories a day people are so quick to say NO! DON’T DO IT YOU COULD DIE! aah shut up… I was 215 lbs, no muscle tone at all, all fat, muffin top like crazy and my man boobs were almost as big as my ladies. April 10th 2009 I Started eating yoplait yogurt(100calories) in the morning and one in the evening(200 Bank Routing Number Friendly Hills Bank calories total a day for 3 months) and worked out 7 days a week for about 1hr to 1hr 30min(running for 30-45min and then bench press for 20min and the remaining time was abs and obliques) drank gallons and gallons of water. results: 170 lbs solid chest, abs are not as chiseled yet because those are hard to achieve but you can see them flat stomach size 30 in jeans I have even considered buying some skinny fit jeans. diet now consists of salads raw veggies smoothies, some meat but not too much and KEEPING THE WEIGHT OFF FOR ALL YOU NEGATIVE PEEP OUT THERE

UA’s, THC, Rapid weight loss?
Ok, I have been a user of marijuana… Up until Bank Routing Number Citizens Union Savings Bank I had a run in with Social services. Immediately I was asked to submit a urine analysis. My THC level was at a 130 something.
Approximately 10 days later, another UA was requested. My THC level spiked to a 150 something.
I had been avoiding marijuana use.
I am an obese person, who is also a gastric bypass patient. I am losing weight rapidly. About a pound a day on average. I have been racking my brain as to how something like this could happen. Despite my efforts to avoid marijuana.
I sincerely believe that due to my rapid weight decrease. And my abrupt quitting. That my body was\is… rapidly dumping the THC from fat cells in which it is stored.
I can find no studies to back my theory. Was wondering if someone could offer an opinion. Please, If you could, state your profession.
