What are some good weight loss tips?
I’m trying to loose some of my extra body fat mainly in my arms, stomach, and legs. What I would really love to see happen is to loose all that extra fat Wire Transfer Central Bank around my thighs. I would love to see my thighs not touch at all anymore. Are there any great exercises I could do to that have proved effective to help speed this process along? Any tips are a great help!

Can anyone give me fat loss tips?
I used to be extremely skinny, but I put on a bit of weight and can’t seem to get it off. (Especially in the upper leg area). I eat foods that are quite healthy and I don’t over eat, so I’m guessing that the fat will come off with good exercise.
