1.31. You can really see the difference!
1.drink 2 glasses of water before a meal so it makes you full
2.walk or jog 20 min. a day
3.try exercise routines
4.if u love soft drinks like addicted to them just drink diet
5.drink green tea it helps with cravings

@laurielandry that is the limitation of the BMI. It only gives an indicator of your weight in relation to your height. It says absolutely nothing about body composition. By BMI, bodybuilders are overweight, but they have very low body fat. And other people are tall and slim, but not that lean, so they have a low BMI but relatively high body fat. BMI and body fat % do not necessarily correlate at all.
If you build some muscle mass, this will reduce body fat AND increase BMI!

hmmm … the old measuring tape … pull it a fraction tighter than the last assessment … or position it a fraction lower/ higher than the last time … well, of course it changes the result … perhaps the best indicator is how your clothes fit … all the best
