HALLELUJA!!! a person with brains. How many times have I given this speech to people, and it seems like people are either stupid, or they DO NOT WANT to understand this friggin concept! Do you mind attaching this video to my video called “cardio VS weight training- why I don’t do cardio” It will be a confirmation of what I say, as well as give you more viewers. Win-win situation..
@joszna90 Not lots of meat. You only need about 50 to 80 grams of protein (FROM AN ANIMAL SOURCE) a day to survive. And if you keep weight lifting, you will maintain muscle. If you want to build muscle though, you have to up the protein intake and up the intensity of your routine. If you want to lose fat, cut out carbs as much as you can.
@pedanpontif soo with adequate protien intake, i would have to eat a lot of meat and no carbs at all?
I’d rather stick to cardio and then work muscle once it’s less effective. but I don’t want no six pack .. YUCK
Like this guys vids. He’s Legit.
you are amazing thank you so much!
@babyboy0704502 As you your body fat percentage goes down, it gets harder and harder to get it lower and lower. That’s why weight training is so important. You have to signal to your body to keep the metabolism up and get it’s energy from fat stores. Unfortunately, we can’t just tell it. We have to stimulate it. If you look in the gym at all the people doing cardio, they look like hamsters.
@babyboy0704502 Just remember, your best defense against fat gain is high intensity weight training. Hitting the major muscle groups. Remember, heavy weights with good form. Building muscle is a progressive process. Fat loss is the byproduct of lifting weights and following a reduced calorie diet. All cardio does is builds more capillaries, makes the heart pump better, and the lungs more efficient. You need all three for the synergistic effect: weight, diet, and cardio.
@babyboy0704502 I’m going to assume you’re trying to trade fat for muscle. Do interval training or 3 20 or 30 minute high intensity cardio sessions a week. If you do high intensity cardio on an empty stomach AND ARE NOT IN KETOSIS, you will lose muscle. This is because your body can’t metabolize fat easily with glycogen present. Overnight fasting won’t deplete the stores. It takes about 2-3 days of low carbing to enter ketosis.
Vince, so what about fasted-cardio? I hear everyone, all the pros saying it burns fat like crazy. Then I hear your turkish friend Sakur (excuse the spelling error) saying he does ab training in the morning on an empty stomach, not cardio.
@pedanpontif oh wow, so you don’t need cardio at all? what about those, cardio in the morning on an empty stomach kinda thing? everyone says they burn fat like crazy. so all in all, i just have to stick to my 5-day split weight training with carbs only in the morning and post workout, and remain on a caloric deficit and i’m good?
@goodstuffohyeah Right you are. They look like hamsters on spinning wheels. They only thing cardio does is improve lung capacity and makes the body more efficient at pumping blood. That’s it! You’re right, people are ignorant.
Cardio by itself with a low calorie diet will cause muscle loss. Best way to lose fat effectively is by high intensity weight training, carbohydrate restriction, caloric deficit, ADEQUATE protein intake (very important), and BE CONSISTANT!
Killer Kardio Kore workout here i come!!!!
He’s absolutely right let all those retards at the gym do cardio for hours. Weight training is how you burn fat and cardio should only be for 15 or 20 min twice a week tops.
@froznf11re
Fuckoff bud =D
@GlobalCitizenOne wow.. he said for people who do cardio 3-4 times a week. thats 500cals x 4 days which is 2000 cals. maybe u should learn to listen you fucking retard, too much fat in your ears, idiot.
this guy is a ball bag
@poblikecheese opps my mistake lmaooo
@GlobalCitizenOne he said 3-4 times a week shithead -.-
im 15, 5′ 9” and 144 lbs. I used to do cardio everyday. But i lost alot of muscle so i went down to 2 days a week doing interval training for about 45 min. I eat healthy. I weight train on mon-tues-thurs. If i want to build muscle and get cut do i need to stop doing cardio and stick with wieght training? thanks
This guy is really REALLY bad at math…
500 cals x 7 days = 3500 cals dumb shit… woooooooooooow
alright, u make some valid points, but no matter what, you need cardio to lose weight properly especially if u r obese
Vince what do u? think about plyometric exercises?? Is plyometric good way to burn fat??Please help!!
at 2:29 “no caloric expenditure when the work-out’s over”.
look up EPOC, Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption.
Cardio continues to burn extra calories post workout..

At 2:21 … after a year of doing a similar work-out the treadmiller is burning less calories?
Well, not if she’s going by her heart rate…
she’d have to raise either the speed or grade to maintain the same heart-rate, ultimately burning more calories, not less.
