A Sneak Peak Inside the Diet

The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Plan consists of 5 cycles of diet and physical exercise that are an important component to weight loss.

Day 1: Your Day to Cheat and Follow Density Style Exercises

On day one, you can eat anything you want no matter how fattening it is. Believe it or not, this is an important piece of the puzzle, as it sets the stage for your 25 days.

There are workouts provided for the first day which help increase your body’s level of leptin. Leptin is the core of the Fat Loss Diet. The day 1 exercises help with fat burning, but protect your muscles at the same time.

Day 2: Fasting Day

I know, this does not sound like fun, but remember it is just one day. You are getting your body ready to start burning fat, and the calories from Day 1. You will be drinking a lot of water with BCAA (Branched-Chain Amino Acids).

You will also complete 3 workouts throughout this day of your cycle.

Day 3: Protein Shakes and a Strength Training Protocol

The protein shakes are specifically designed to provide your body with a specific amount of protein and nutrients, in low calorie doses. The protein in these shakes are necessary to help build muscle by burning more calories, and in turn burning fat.

Did you know that one pound of fat = 3,500 calories?

So take that question a bit further. Basically, if you wanted to lost just 1 pound of fat, you would need to remove 3,500 calories from your diet in ONE DAY.

Day 4: Carb Day

Day four includes a moderate amount of food with carbohydrates. The recipe for this day is 30% carbs, 40% protein, and 30% of fats.

Feeling Pumped

You are permitted 5 meals throughout this day, with the end goal being to replenish your body and it’s nutrients in order to perform the extreme exercises.

Ok, you’re getting closer to the last day, so you should be feeling pumped.

Day 5: Finally, Protein-Day, or What I Like to Call “Meat” Day

Day five is the final day of your first cycle. The goal here is to pump your muscles with amino acids, but at the same time, starve your body of muscle glycogen and triglycerides.

Tomorrow (day 1 again), you will again get the nutrients you will be lacking today.

Now it’s not “eat as much protein (meat) as much as you want day”. There is a plan for what type of protein, and how much, so you have to follow the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet to the letter to get the best results.
